Jo-Ann Fabrics and Crafts store, a staple at Richland’s Uptown Shopping Center, is being closed by its corporate owner. The 18,000-square-foot store that faces Jadwin Blvd. opened as a Fabricland store in 1994 and was purchased by Jo-Ann Stores Inc. in 1998.
