Construction underway on new building for Clare’s Beauty College

Construction started in May on a new, $1.3 million, 10,968-sq.-ft. building for Clare’s Beauty College at 71 Gage Blvd. in Richland. Doug Gunther, owner of G2 Construction in Kennewick, the project’s general contractor, said the building should be finished by the end of November.
