Burden Retail Center Phase 1

2011

A new 9,600-sq.-ft. retail strip center will be complete this month at the northeast corner of Burden Boulevard and Convention Street in Pasco.

Developer Glen Engelhard of Kennewick said three of the center’s six spaces are still available. Dutch Bros. will have a drive-through coffee shop at the center, which will also house a WingStop restaurant, Perkes Chiropractic and a nail salon.

O’Brien Construction was the general contractor on the $900,000 project and Adam Hall was the project manager. Burden Group LLC is the owner.

Engelhard said the strip center’s location gives businesses high visibility in the area, where more than 5,800 homes have been built since 2000.
