Building Tri-Cities: Sterling’s Steak, Seafood and Salad Bar

Apr
2012

The new Sterling’s Steak Seafood & Salad Bar restaurant opened in March at 2500 Queensgate Drive in Richland, just off the Interstate 182 interchange.

It is the third Sterling’s restaurant in the Tri-Cities.

Jim Sterling, who owns the restaurant with his wife, Laura, was the general contractor on the 6,000-sq.-ft. restaurant project and Poston Architect of Yakima designed the facility.

Sterling said the new location has great visibility and is in a thriving, growing part of Richland that is underserved by restaurants.

Sterling opened the original Sterling’s Steak Seafood & Salad Bar on George Washington Way in 1982.

The restaurants specialize in homemade food and offer a vast array of omelets and breakfast items, an abundant salad bar with homemade soups, steaks and seafood.

Sterling’s Steak Seafood & Salad Bar at Queensgate is open from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily. The phone number is 628-2414.
