Starting monthly rents depend upon apartment amenities and views.
Studios are 369 square feet, one bedrooms are 655 square feet, and two-bedrooms are 934 square feet.
Studios range from $900 to $950 a month; one-bedrooms, $1,100 to $1,150; and two bedrooms, $1,200 to $1,250.
Move-in specials are offered with two weeks of free rent for every six months signed up to 24 months and two months of free rent.
Fowler General Construction of Richland is the general contractor.
Cameron Boffey is the project manager overseeing the project.
