Developer unveils grocery-anchored commercial hub

An Ohio-based development group has submitted plans for the first phase of a 92-acre commercial center in the Broadmoor area of Pasco. Dirt could begin moving in early 2027.

Plans for a major commercial development are beginning to take shape in one of Pasco’s fastest-growing corridors, anchored by a yet-to-be-named grocery store and accompanied by restaurants, a hotel and retail.
