“Transition to Advanced Clean Energy Generation Starts with Nuclear … and Nuclear Starts with Quality” – March 15 Columbia Basin ASQ Virtual Meeting

March 15 @ 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm

Free

The March 15 meeting of Columbia Basin ASQ (American Society for Quality) features Dave McCormack and the topic “Transition to Advanced Clean Energy Generation Starts with Nuclear … and Nuclear Starts with Quality”

National attention to energy security, clean energy, and decarbonization of our economy is immense. The Pacific Northwest is already a national leader in clean energy through our existing all of the above energy generation mix. We are now uniquely poised to extend this leadership through the addition of next generation nuclear technology as an essential part of our sustainable clean energy strategy. Establishment and execution of nuclear quality assurance programs is essential to continue safe, reliable, and efficient utilization of nuclear energy.

Pressenter Dave McCormack, CEO, Clean Energy Supplier Alliance, will share information about next generation nuclear technology, plans for a Northwest Nuclear Quality Management Center of Excellence, and what this can mean for all of us.

Please RSVP to Denise (denise.clements@aecom.com) by March 13 with your name, email, ASQ affiliation (member or non-member).
