Tri-Cities Walk to End Alzheimer’s
September 10 @ 12:00 pm - 2:30 pm
The Alzheimer’s Association invites area residents to participate in the Tri-Cities Walk to End Alzheimer’s on Sunday, Oct. 10, 2021 at the Columbia Park bandshell in Kennewick. Proceeds from the event fund Alzheimer’s and dementia research, as well as local support services for people living with dementia and their families.
Registration opens at 12 p.m. and the Promise Garden Ceremony starts at 1 p.m. The event is family and pet-friendly and the walk route is fully accessible. It is free to attend; however, participants who donate or raise $100 or more will receive a 2021 Walk to End Alzheimer’s t-shirt in the mail after the Walk.
A “Walk From Home” option is also available. You can enjoy many of your favorite Walk-day experiences using the Walk to End Alzheimer’s mobile app and then walk in your own neighborhood.
