Amazon progresses in Pasco

Ryan Companies US Inc. of Bellevue and Minneapolis is proceeding on development of two distribution centers for Amazon Inc. Both are more than 1 million square feet and will collectively employ about 1,500. Project Pearl, above, is at 1351 S. Road 40 East and has a construction value of $61 million. Project Oyster, below is at 1202 S. Road 40 East, has a construction value of $84 million and includes a 35,000-square-foot office.
