Columbia Basin College has completed Hawks Landing Hall, a new student housing facility at 2108 W. Argent Road, at the corner of 20th Avenue and Argent Road in Pasco. 

Friends Corner has opened a new 4,000-square-foot convenience store and drive-thru coffee shop at 4389 Van Giesen Street in West Richland.

Tri-Tech Skills Center has completed its core modernization project at 5929 W. Metaline Ave. in Kennewick. The $45.5 million, state-funded project modernized the original 66,000-square-foot section of the approximately 130,000-square-foot facility, which was built in 1981.

Lutheran Community Services Northwest has completed a new 40,000-square-foot behavioral health facility at 7011 W. Canal Drive, Suite G, next to Hobby Lobby and Wok King Buffet in Kennewick.

Kaizen Speed has completed a new 13,000-square-foot facility at 2589 Robertson Drive in Richland, providing the company with a larger, centralized location to support its growing performance vehicle business.

Benton County has completed construction of the new McDaniel Arena at the Benton County Event Center & Fairgrounds in Kennewick. 

Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic, in collaboration with Pacific Northwest University, has completed construction of Miramar Dental, a new two-story, 18,111-square-foot dental clinic at 6335 W. Rio Grande Ave., at the corner of West Rio Grande Avenue and Kellogg Street in Kennewick.

Croskrey Development LLC is nearing completion of the Van Giesen Flex Building, a new commercial development at 6124 W. Van Giesen St. in West Richland.

StoneCrest Prosperity Fund has completed a new flex space building at 2402 Henderson Drive in the Horn Rapids Business Center in Richland.

Storage Station has completed the second phase of its self-storage facility at 101 E. Reata Road in Kennewick, near Interstate 82 and Clearwater Avenue.
