Urban Air Adventure Park is being developed in a 31,000-square-foot space at Columbia Square Center in Kennewick. The indoor adventure park is opened Oct. 10.
The venue will feature attractions for children and adults, including rock climbing walls, large slides, a Sky Rider – a hybrid between a zipline and a roller coaster – a battle beam, ropes course suspended from the ceiling, warrior course, trampolines, a toddler soft-play area, dodgeball, laser tag and a cafe. The facility also will include 10 birthday party rooms.
The total cost of the project is about $6 million, including construction, attractions, furnishings and equipment, as well as cafe, lighting and sound systems.
The park is being developed by the Romes and Roben families. Urban Air is an indoor adventure park chain and franchise network owned by Unleashed Brands.

The project was developed to bring accessible family activities to the Tri-City community. The owners said they are excited to bring the Urban Air concept to the area, where kids of all ages can explore attractions, challenge their bodies and minds, and have fun.
Planet Construction J29911 LLC of Lake Charles, Louisiana, is the general contractor.
Benchmark Group of Dallas is the designer.
