St. Thomas Plaza is a 9,534-square-foot mixed-use development at 9707 St. Thomas Drive in Pasco, just off Broadmoor Boulevard and Road 100, with frontage along Interstate 182.

The development includes six retail and office spaces, along with large, secured boat and RV storage areas and smaller climate-controlled storage units. The property serves commercial tenants and storage users.

Developed by Sun Ridge Storage Solutions, the project was built to take advantage of the location’s visibility and provide an opportunity for a mixed-use development. Commercial spaces are available for $25 per square foot, plus triple net expenses.

LCR served as the general contractor.

Draftco was the designer. The project was completed Aug. 1.
