Bonnie Jean Plaza Retail, a 2,800-square-foot building at 5222 W. Okanogan Place in Kennewick, on the corner of Okanogan and Edison Street, was completed in August 2026.

The project is the latest phase of a retail complex, adding two more retail spaces and completing the corner of the development. The building is fully occupied and will house the second Tri-Cities location of FiiZ Drinks on the drive-thru side. The other space will be home to Nutrition Lab, a new nutritional supply and supplement store.

Developed by Bush Developments, the project features space designed to match the other buildings in the retail complex. The project cost more than $2 million.

Hummel Construction was the general contractor.

LPR Architecture and Design provided the design work. Knutzen Engineering handled civil design.
