A new 20,720-square-foot warehouse and flex complex at 7943 W. Van Giesen St. in West Richland, across from the police station, was recently completed.

The project includes two 10,360-square-foot buildings, each designed to accommodate one to four suites. The spaces feature finished interiors, overhead doors and secured yard areas. The buildings are intended for light industrial and flex-type users.

The complex, completed in July, was developed by 3M Investments LLC to address a need for this type of property in the West Richland market. Its location is adjacent to growing residential neighborhoods and provides quick access in multiple directions from Van Giesen Street.

Lease rates are $13.50 per square foot, plus triple net expenses.  

Game Inc. was the general contractor.

Draftco Designs was the designer.
