Goodwill Industries of the Columbia Inc. is developing a new 35,000-square-foot facility at 7511 Wrigley Drive in Pasco, next to Walmart and Mid-Columbia Libraries West Pasco branch. The facility will bring Goodwill’s retail operations, mission services and Employment Connection Center together in one location.

The facility features a modern, welcoming design with a prominent Goodwill storefront and clearly defined entrances for its retail and mission-focused spaces. The exterior combines light masonry, darker brick accents, large windows and contemporary architectural elements.

The building is designed to create a professional and inviting environment while connecting Goodwill’s retail operations with its mission services and employment connection programs. Goodwill said bringing the services together will help customers better understand the connection between shopping, donating and supporting the organization’s mission.

The project is being developed by Goodwill Industries of the Columbia, Inc. to support its retail operations, mission delivery programs and employment connection services in the Tri-Cities community.

A ribbon-cutting ceremony is scheduled for Sept. 23, followed by the grand opening of the Goodwill retail store on Sept. 24. The Employment Connection Center is scheduled to open during the first week of December 2026.

Chervenell Construction Co. Inc. is the general contractor. Archibald & Co. Architects, P.S., is the architect.

Goodwill said the new Pasco location will provide an opportunity to serve the community while demonstrating how its retail operations help make its mission possible.
