SKNN Aesthetics has completed a 1,600-square-foot tenant improvement in a single-story commercial building at 9707 St. Thomas Drive, Suite A, in Pasco.

The space is the new home of SKNN Aesthetics, a medical aesthetics practice offering injectable and skin treatments.

The interior was designed with European-inspired architecture and organic modern elements, including sculptural arches, natural stone, soft neutral tones and curated details. The exterior features a clean, contemporary storefront with custom signs.

The project was built to provide a permanent home for the growing practice, with space to support an expanding team and additional services while creating an elevated client experience. The project was completed Sept. 14.

ForgePath Construction was the general contractor.

LPR Architecture provided the design.

The building owner is Sun Pacific Energy, and SKNN Aesthetics occupies Suite A.
