Century Pipe LLC has completed construction of a new 53,000-square-foot manufacturing facility at 1181 Railex Road in Burbank. The facility includes 50,000 square feet of manufacturing space and 3,000 square feet of office space.

The building is a pre-engineered metal structure with a metal roof and solar panels. It features louvered vents with screens, a full-service quality control lab, dedicated material handling and grinding and shredding spaces, and an on-site recirculating 25,000-gallon cooling-water pit and reservoir with a filtration system used to cool pipes during production. A rail spur with a pneumatic valve manifold serves five resin silos.

The facility is used to manufacture high-density polyethylene pressure pipe. It currently has three new production lines using German technology and can produce pipe ranging from 2 to 36 inches in diameter. The building was designed to accommodate up to five production lines.

The total project cost was $11 million. Construction was completed in May 2026.

Century Pipe built the facility to support the growing demand for HDPE pipe and better serve customers throughout the Pacific Northwest. The company said the region presents significant opportunities for industrial, irrigation, mining and sewer applications, as well as pipe used for data centers.

The company has created 30 new manufacturing jobs at the Burbank facility and plans to continue growing and adding jobs to the local economy.
