Club 10 at the Resort at Hansen Park is a 23,000-square-foot, three-story resident clubhouse at 7942 W. 10th Ave. in Kennewick, at the corner of Columbia Center Boulevard and Seventh Avenue at the entrance to Hansen Park. Developed by Dennis Pavlina and Carmen Villarma, the clubhouse is one of nine buildings in the Resort at Hansen Park.

Club 10 was designed as the social and recreational center of the resort, bringing together recreation, wellness, hospitality, entertainment and community spaces under one roof. The interior features contemporary finishes, dramatic lighting, expansive windows, natural light and open gathering areas, along with more intimate lounge and activity spaces. The first floor includes the main reception, concierge and Club Café, while the second floor features fitness and recreation spaces. The third floor includes event and entertainment space and connects to an elevated outdoor patio overlooking the pool area.

The exterior features a contemporary resort aesthetic with strong architectural lines, large expanses of glass, dark metal accents, balconies and elevated outdoor spaces. The clubhouse connects to an extensive outdoor amenity area that includes resort-style pools, water features, cabanas, daybeds, a hot tub, cold plunge, splash pad, fire features, outdoor gathering areas and an open-air kitchen pavilion.

Club 10 includes a variety of amenities and services, including fitness and movement spaces, golf and sports simulators, game and recreation areas, a salon, Kids Club and event and entertainment space. The facility also serves as a gathering place for resident events, activities, fitness, dining, celebrations and community activities.

The total project cost was $7.2 million, including land costs. Club 10 officially opened May 1, 2026. The remaining buildings at the Resort at Hansen Park are scheduled to be completed by mid-2027.

DWP Contracting Inc. served as the general contractor. PSA Inc. was the architect.

The Resort at Hansen Park is an approximately 18-acre mixed-use residential and commercial community. Other planned and completed components include active-adult housing, furnished hospitality suites, townhomes, apartment communities and commercial buildings.
