Russ Dean RV plans to celebrate the grand opening of its new indoor showroom this spring, just in time for the summertime camping season.

Its new location is under construction on 23 acres at 9420 Sandifur Parkway in Pasco.

A new 27,000-square-foot building will include room for the service, parts and sales departments and an indoor showroom big enough to accommodate four 40-foot RVs.

The new facility, just off Interstate 182, will feature 700 pieces of inventory, compared to 250 at its old location.

Expected completion date is Feb. 15, with a grand opening tentatively scheduled for March or April. 

O’Brien Construction Co. of Kennewick is the general contractor.
