Northwest Endovascular Surgery moves into a new office

Northwest Endovascular Surgery, 1341 Spaulding Ave., Richland
March 15, 2016
TCAJOB Staff

Northwest Endovascular Surgery has moved to its new office at 1341 Spaulding Ave., Richland, from its previous location at 925 Stevens Dr., Richland.

The new single-story, 7,800-sq.-ft. building is designed to incorporate natural light. And the interior is warm and comfortable, due to the use of glass, skylights and natural colors inside.

The clinic has an ambulatory drive-through and a separate outpatient covered drive-through porte cochere.

The building, where doctors will provide high-quality, patient-centered endovascular surgical services in an outpatient setting, has two procedure rooms, three recovery areas and four prep rooms, in addition to ultrasound and support areas.

Eric Little of ALD Architects in Richland designed the building and did the interior design, as well.

Baker Construction and Development of Spokane was the general contractor on the project. Brandon Spackman was the project manager and Johnny Arnold was the site superintendent.
