Elite Investment GRP LLC completed a 10,716-square-foot office building near the intersection of Gage Boulevard and Steptoe Street in Kennewick.

Elite Construction & Development was general contractor for the $2.8 million project, which includes two stories with a lobby and a lower street-level suite offering sweeping views north toward the Columbia River.

Chicago Title Co. of Washington, 3 Rivers Financial Group and STCU are leasing space in the building.
