Construction was recently completed on The Banks on Bradley, a new Richland apartment complex.

Located at 355 Bradley Blvd. near George Washington Way and close to the Columbia River and Columbia Point area, the 144-unit, three-story complex features a parcel room with 24-hour access, conference room, exercise and yoga room, pet spa, outdoor swimming pool and fireside lounge, and community room.  

The 3,278-square-foot apartment complex includes quartz countertops, vinyl wood flooring, pantry/linen closets, slow closing custom cabinetry, carpet in bedrooms, washer and dryer and stainless-steel appliances.

Starboard Realty Advisors, a private, fully integrated real estate investment firm, built the complex. The firm acquires, develops and manages multifamily and commercial real estate properties across the United States.

The Banks on Bradley was strategically built near the river and close to major employers and highways to offer residents a convenient and desirable lifestyle. The location provides easy access to nature, work opportunities and efficient transportation routes, catering to individuals seeking a balance of urban convenience and outdoor recreation. This approach enhances the property’s appeal and supports sustainable living by reducing commute times and fostering a strong connection to the community and surrounding environment.

Cedar and Sage Homes is the general contractor.    

SFA Architects of Gig Harbor is the designer.
