Kadlec has plans for a new medical office building with the capacity for 10 primary care providers. Construction on the building, planned to go in next to the existing West Richland primary care clinic at 3950 Keene Road, is set to begin in April.

The new building will help address issues with a shortage of primary care providers in the area, especially as the community grows, by providing space for new providers. 

The building will be about 15,000 square feet and could open by March 2026.
