H&N Electric complete expansion

H&N Electric, 4224 E. B St., Pasco
January 11, 2016
TCAJOB Staff

H & N Electric has completed a 45,000-sq.-ft. expansion of its facility at 4224 E. B St. in Pasco.

DGR Grant Construction Inc. of Richland was the general contractor on the project, which provides space at H & N Electric’s headquarters for one of the largest generator motor repair service centers in the country.

H & N Electric provides electrical design and installation, electric motor and generator repair, outside field service and predictive maintenance in the Pacific Northwest. It also offers electric motor sales. The company provides service for customers in the aerospace, manufacturing, mining, agriculture, power generation, oil and gas, and other heavy industrial industries.

Heath Brown, of DGR Grant Construction, was the project manager on the expansion.

The expansion added a Nucor pre-engineered steel building to the back of H & N Electric’s original building, more than doubling the size of the facility. The steel building was supplied and erected by CRF Metal Works.
