The new U-Pull-It Auto Parts will be complete in February at 802 S. Oregon Ave. in Pasco at the corner of Oregon Avenue and A Street.

The automotive parts and accessories store consists of two Nucor pre-engineered steel buildings, which were supplied and erected by general contractor CRF Metal Works.

Each building is 4,950 square feet. One building will serve as a mechanics shop, which mechanics will use to break down cars. The other will serve as a sales building, where customers can go to buy the parts.

Customers bring their own tools and pull their own parts.

U-Pull-It specializes in used auto parts and will have more than 800 vehicles for inventory.

The store will have 12 full-time employees.

The business is owned by Mark Forcum.

Adam Hall with CRF Metal Works, LLC’s Construction Division is overseeing the construction of the buildings and Forcum is overseeing the site work.
