Mid-Columbia Meals on Wheels senior dining sites serve hot meals from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday through Friday. Meals are free for seniors age 60 and older. 

Seniors must make reservations 24 business hours in advance by calling 509-735-1911.

Thursday, Oct. 1: Hamburger, baked beans, apple cabbage slaw.

Friday, Oct. 2: Turkey tetrazzini, squash medley, tossed salad, cookie.

Monday, Oct. 5: Chicken pot pie, green peas, tossed salad.

Tuesday, Oct. 6: Beef stroganoff, garlic noodles, green beans.

Wednesday, Oct. 7: Breaded chicken sandwich and fixings, corn chowder, broccoli salad.

Thursday, Oct. 8: Scrambled eggs with peppers, sausage patty, chuck wagon potatoes, bran muffin.

Friday, Oct. 9: Chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, country gravy, country vegetables, three bean salad.

Monday, Oct. 12: Chicken alfredo, broccoli Normandy, breadstick.

Tuesday, Oct. 13: Apple pork bites, mashed sweet potatoes, seasoned beets.

Wednesday, Oct. 14: Beef chili, mixed vegetables, cornbread.

Thursday, Oct. 15: Roast beef with gravy, mashed potatoes, Italian vegetables, wheat roll, ice cream.

Friday, Oct. 16: Arroz con pollo (chicken and rice), squash medley, breadstick.

Monday, Oct. 19: Swiss steak, mashed potatoes, garden vegetables, cake.

Tuesday, Oct. 20: Cranberry chicken, confetti rice, peas and onions.

Wednesday, Oct. 21: Turkey and rice casserole, broccoli, tossed salad.

Thursday, Oct. 22: Pulled pork sandwich, baked beans, coleslaw.

Friday, Oct. 23: Chicken parmesan casserole, cauliflower with red peppers.

Monday, Oct. 26: Swedish meatballs, egg noodles, Normandy vegetables.

Tuesday, Oct. 27: Lemon pepper cod, fluffy rice, green peas.

Wednesday, Oct. 28: Barbecue chicken, roasted carrots, potato salad, cornbread.

Thursday, Oct. 29: Roast turkey with gravy, mashed potatoes, green beans, wheat roll.

Friday, Oct. 30: Beef stir fry, fluffy rice, Asian vegetables, tossed salad.

  • Prosser Senior Center, 1231 Dudley Ave.
  • Meals on Wheels Cafe, 1834 Fowler St., Richland. No reservations are required at this site.
