Are you a retailer wanting to make the most of the coming holiday shopping season? There’s a workshop for that.

The Resilient Business Builders Network from Cougar Tracks, the continuing education program at Washington State University Tri-Cities, will offer a Holiday Marketing Playbook workshop to help small businesses capture more seasonal sales and turn one-time holiday shoppers into loyal, year-round customers.

The workshop, which will be from 3-5 p.m. Oct. 15 at the Tri-City Regional Chamber of Commerce’s offices at 7130 W. Grandridge Blvd. in Kennewick, will be led by advisors from the Washington Small Business Development Center (SBDC).

It will cover seasonal marketing strategy, hands-on customer experience tactics, and AI-assisted tools owners and marketers can use immediately. In addition to small business owners and retailers, marketing and sales staff as well as entrepreneurs wanting to put AI-marketing tools to use are encouraged to register.

Space is limited and participants are encouraged to register early to save a spot.
