The Tri-City Regional Chamber has launched a nationwide search for its next president and CEO.

The chamber’s current head, Lori Mattson, announced in June that she would be retiring in February 2027, prompting the search. The search will be led by Chamber Concepts.

The regional chamber’s board of directors is looking for a leader who will be able to collaborate across the region’s four cities and two counties and serve as an ambassador and spokesperson for the business community. The president and CEO will also be responsible for the chamber’s strategy, operations, financial performance, community engagement and leadership.

The job has a salary plus bonus range of $150,000 to $190,000, and the selected candidate is expected to live in Benton or Franklin County once employed.

The deadline to apply is Friday, Oct. 23.
