StoneCrest Prosperity Fund has completed a new flex space building at 2402 Henderson Drive in the Horn Rapids Business Center in Richland.

Storage Station has completed the second phase of its self-storage facility at 101 E. Reata Road in Kennewick, near Interstate 82 and Clearwater Avenue.

The Benton Conservation District has completed construction of its new headquarters at 3131 Belmont Ave. in West Richland.

Englewood Plaza has been completed at the corner of Englewood Drive and Keene Road in Richland.

Benton Rural Electric Association has completed its new West Richland complex at 2121 Cooperative Way, which will serve as the cooperative’s corporate headquarters and operations center.
