Rachel Fidino, CEO and owner of New U Women’s Clinic and Aesthetics, recently announced plans to build a flagship clinic at 10973 W. 10th Ave. in Kennewick.

Fidino said the women’s clinic has experienced remarkable growth since opening in February 2020, prompting the need for expansion.

The new two-story building is projected to cost $2.5 million, according to a building permit filed with the city of Kennewick. Booth and Sons Construction is the general contractor. Draftco Designs LLC is the designer.

The new 11,105-square-foot facility will feature ample natural light, unique statement finishes and a spa-like ambiance to celebrate femininity and wellness.

“It’s more than a clinic; it’s a sanctuary for women seeking to revitalize their health and wellness” Fidino said in a news release.

The new clinic is set to open in May 2025. A groundbreaking was held May 8.

While construction is underway, New U will continue to operate at its current location at 35 S. Louisiana St., Suite A120 in Kennewick.
