A Century 21 Tri-Cities real estate agent ranked No. 1 in his brokerage and the state recently spoke at the agency’s largest annual conference in Las Vegas.

Realtor Jordan Barnhill was invited to speak at the Top Producer session. Of the three panelists, he had the highest volume in sales at $27.8 million, with 63 units sold in 2023. He is on pace to have 22 units sold by the end of April.

According to the National Association of Realtors, the average agent completes about 12 residential transactions annually.

Barnhill is ranked 83rd nationwide.

He told those who attended the three-day One21 Experience conference that it took him a few years to find his rhythm.

“Right when I got into it, I was watching ‘Million Dollar Listing,’ and it looked easy at face value,” he said. “I realized pretty quick it was not like that. I got into it when I was 19, 20 years old. It’s not going to happen overnight.”

Barnhill joined the Century 21 Tri-Cities team in June 2018.

“After two years, I started getting more confidence and attacking listing appointments,” he said. “Just being the perfect balance of personable and knowledgeable. You’re always worried about what people are thinking about you but do what you’ve got to do. ... Stay focused.”

Barnhill also has served as a mentor to his fellow agents, co-listing with them to give them experience. He’s also encouraged previous clients to get their real estate license and launch their own careers.

The One21 Experience is for Century 21 affiliates from around the world. This year’s event was in March at the Fontainebleau resort.
