City, Dust Devils pitch in to make $5 million in stadium upgrades

Minor league baseball fans should expect to see plenty of action for years to come at Gesa Stadium in Pasco. 

In October, the Pasco City Council approved a 10-year lease extension with the Tri-City Dust Devils baseball team — owned by Northwest Baseball Ventures I LLC — to use the Pasco facility.

“It was a ‘life events market,’ that’s what I call it,” he said.
Davis, a real estate broker with Coldwell Banker Tomlinson and president of the Tri-Cities Association of Realtors, means that if a life event didn’t force someone to buy or sell this year, they likely stayed put.

Located in unincorporated Kennewick at 92308 East Locust Grove Road, Wheat Head Brewing is the culmination of five years of hard work. The new owners are excited to welcome the public from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on New Year’s Eve.

The State Environmental Policy Act, or SEPA, often provides the first look at the mixed-use projects, mini-storage facilities, apartments, industrial expansions, subdivisions and more that are working their way through the various planning departments of Benton, Franklin and Walla Walla counties.
