The Richland Police Department and Richland Fire and Emergency Services are excited to announce the inaugural "Sirens and Snow Cones" event, aimed at promoting bike safety awareness and fostering community engagement. This family-friendly event will take place on Saturday, August 17 at Chief Joseph Middle School, from 12:00PM to 2:00PM.

"Sirens and Snow Cones" promises a fun-filled day for Richland community members of all ages. The event will feature free snow cones and hot dogs, courtesy of The Richland Police Foundation, Doggie Style Gourmet, and Sweet Snack Attack, ensuring everyone can cool off and enjoy delicious treats throughout the early afternoon. In addition to the food and refreshments, attendees will have the opportunity to participate in free bike safety checks and helmet fittings provided by local experts from Pedego Electric Bikes.
