Event Description

Have you always wanted to learn how to safely preserve food but need help getting started? Are you a seasoned canner but have questions or want to know the latest information on safe canning?

If so, then join us for a series of online canning workshops this spring! On April 30th, “Canning 101: Unlocking the Secrets of Food Preservation” we will introduce you to the basics of preserving food at home. On May 7th, dive into “Fundamentals of Water Bath Canning Basics” and learn the fundamentals of canning jams, jellies, tomato products and other foods. Finally, on May 14th, “Mastering Pressure Canning” will teach you the skills to safely preserve a variety of low-acid foods, giving you the confidence to create your own pantry. Don’t miss these opportunities to enhance your food preservation knowledge!


Fee is $25 per training per person.
