CRCL Landlord Training Seminars are held twice a year in the spring and fall sponsored by Tri-City Law Enforcement and will provide resources and sharing the benefits of a successful program.  The 2025 Spring Seminar will be held at the Kennewick Police Department on June 6, 2025, from 8:00am - 4:30pm. Class will be limited to 50 people. Attendance for the whole session is required for certificate. Registration is now open
