Event Description

Ideal Dentistry Celebrates Grand Opening of New State-of-the-Art Location in Richland Richland, WA — Ideal Dentistry is excited to announce the grand opening and ribbon cutting of its brand-new, state-of-the-art dental office at 1663 Fowler St., Richland, WA 99352. The community is invited to celebrate on Thursday, May 29, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. and tour the upgraded space built to enhance patient comfort, care, and technology. Founded in 2009, Ideal Dentistry has experienced significant growth over the years. According to Dr. Bradley Rowe, co-owner of Ideal Dentistry along with Dr. Smith, the move was necessary due to that continued expansion: “Continued growth of the practice has made it impossible to stay in our current location.” The new location—just minutes from the original office—offers numerous improvements: easier access via the highway, a dedicated patient parking lot, brighter and more open spaces, and expanded treatment capacity. “In just about every way it is loaded with improvements: greater ability to serve the community, more convenient with highway access, a patient parking lot, lighter and brighter with space for new equipment, technology and much more,” said Dr. Rowe. “It’s only a few minutes from our original location.” The building is designed with patient flow and comfort in mind, featuring private consultation rooms, separate checkout stations, a quiet waiting area with its own restroom, and more privacy throughout. “Initially, it may be what they don’t see,” said Dr. Rowe. “Patrons have walked down our twisted halls and past our technology for years and while this was interesting and even a little fun, it was also sometimes a little noisy and made for a bit of a bottleneck especially at checkout.” In the new space, Ideal Dentistry has doubled its treatment room capacity and added a cutting-edge laboratory with in-office design and milling capabilities. “We now will have a dedicated laboratory with two workstations for in-office design, milling and fabrication of restorations with two milling units, three ovens and a Prime Print 3D printing system,” he explained. Modern lighting, advanced dental chairs with quieter motion, and energy-efficient features round out the enhancements—all focused on improving patient care and comfort. “In about every way possible, this space improves the patient experience,” said Dr. Rowe. “It will make us more efficiently able to serve and deliver patient care from spaces that will be softer, quieter, full of new modern equipment and even a bit more private.” Ideal Dentistry offers a full range of cosmetic and general dental services and is staffed by a team of 15 dedicated professionals. The practice prides itself on its patient-centered approach. “We focus on taking care of people, one at a time and care about building long-term relationships with our patients,” said Dr. Rowe. “We have the courage to do the right thing simply because it is the right thing to do.” Reflecting on the move and the future, Dr. Rowe added, “We are excited and energized at the thought of this new, organized and productive space… can’t wait!”
