Known as the ‘birthplace of Washington wine,’ Prosser is excited to announce the return of the popular Bubbles & Bites event happening Saturday, November 8, 2025, from 3pm to 6pm at the Walter Clore Wine & Culinary Center. Bubbles & Bites features local sparkling wines to sample, taste, and purchase. As the holiday season approaches, this event will be a fantastic opportunity to sip and stock up on festive local wines for gifts and holiday parties.

Bubbles & Bites will feature local Prosser wineries pouring their sparkling wines. Some of the participating wineries include Tirriddis, Above the Curve, and WIT Cellars, DavenLore, and Evergreen Family Wines. A variety of sweet and savory bites will be on-hand, prepared by regional chefs. Tickets are just $25 and include entry, and four scrip, with a logo glass for the first 150 guests. Additional scrip are available for purchase. Wine samples must be purchased with scrip. Bubbles & Bites is a LIMITED TICKET event with sales limited to the first 300 tickets sold. Tickets are available online at tourprosser.com. Guests must be 21 or older to attend, and ID is required.
