Event Description

Tri-Cities, TN–VA — The 66th Annual Tri-Cities Quality Forum will be held Thursday, November 13, 2025, from 1:00 to 5:00 PM Eastern Time, as a free virtual conference celebrating National Quality Day. This annual event brings together leaders, professionals, and students from across the nation to explore innovative approaches to quality, leadership, and operational excellence. Hosted by the Tri-Cities Quality Forum, and sponsored by the McClaskey Excellence Institute and the American Society for Quality (ASQ) Northeast Tennessee Section, the event will feature four nationally recognized speakers presenting diverse, practical, and inspiring sessions. This year’s speakers include: Chuck Gault, Founder and President, Max Coating — “Achieving Excellence by Focusing on Key Customer Requirements” Levi McPherson, Founder, The Beast Syndicate™; CEO, ArguX AI and Switch Point Strategies — “The Next Evolution of Quality: Practical AI Tools That Improve Operations” David Jones, President, The Excellence Advisory — “How a Hurricane, a Wedding, and the Trek of a Lifetime Apply to Your Organization’s Success” Ashley Childress, Statistician, Zoetis — “Guided Discovery: Combining Bayesian Optimization with DOE for Material Discovery and Continuous Improvement” Each presentation offers insights into the evolving landscape of quality—spanning customer focus, artificial intelligence, leadership resilience, and advanced experimentation methods. Attendees can join any or all sessions throughout the afternoon. “Quality and excellence are not static goals—they evolve as organizations and technologies evolve,” said David McClaskey, President of the McClaskey Excellence Institute. “The Tri-Cities Quality Forum continues to provide a platform for learning, sharing, and applying proven principles that drive measurable results.” The event is free and open to all professionals, educators, and students interested in quality, leadership, and operational improvement.
