Event Description

Celebrate Holi: Festival of Colors! Join the Richland Public Library and the Hindu Society of Eastern Washington for a joyful celebration of Holi: the Festival of Colors on Saturday, March 7, from 1 - 4 pm. This vibrant, family-friendly event will feature colorful crafts, classic and folk dances, tasty treats, a photo booth, and the chance to play with colors as we welcome spring and celebrate joy, community, and renewal. See full schedule of event below. Come experience the sights, sounds, and traditions of Holi in a fun and welcoming atmosphere for all ages! Note: Weather permitting, Holi colors are part of the fun! Please wear clothes you don’t mind getting messy or colorful. 1 - 3 PM: Colorful crafts and tasty treats in the Collaboratory 2 - 3 PM: Exciting classic and folk dances in the Doris Roberts' Gallery 2 - 3 PM: Fun coloring pages and festive photobooths in Conference Rooms A & B 3 - 3:30 PM: Play Colors!
