The “Little Hearts Project” consists of small, wooden figures that represent the 364 children who were interviewed through our Kids Haven program this last fiscal year, which will be displayed at the Kennewick Branch of the Mid-Columbia Libraries from April 3 rd – 17 th , 2026. In addition, SARC will create virtual hearts in the month of April. These hearts will be displayed on a special page on the SARC website, as well as on our Facebook and Instagram platforms, to give community members a visual reminder of how often child abuse occurs. SARC would like to invite you to assist in our efforts to raise awareness and help with the “Little Hearts Project”. You can be a part of helping these children by purchasing a “little heart” for only $10.00. Each heart will have their sponsor’s name written on it. All proceeds are directly used for services that benefit survivors.
