Event Description

The Clothesline Project will feature T-shirts decorated by survivors of sexual assault and other crimes, each telling the story of how violence has impacted their life along with other shirts with messages of support. This display is a very powerful visual reminder of how often violence occurs and the effects abuse has on the victim, their family, and our community. The clotheslines project will be displayed in the Kennewick Branch & Benton City Branch of the Mid-Columbia Libraries from April 3rd-April 17th, 2026. The clotheslines will also be displayed in the Richland Public Library, as well as the Connell Branch, the Keewaydin Park Branch, & the East Pasco Branch of the Mid-Columbia Libraries from April 6th -April 17th, 2026.
