DGR Grant Construction Inc. has completed a new 4,500-square-foot single-story office building at 502 Stevens Drive in Richland.

The new building offers nine separate offices, a reception area, conference room, break room, exercise and shower room, storage room and bid room.

The exterior is a mix of EIFS, or synthetic stucco, HardiePlank lap siding and metal panels.

The office is matched by a 4,000-square-foot pre-engineered metal warehouse with a bathroom and loading dock.

MMEC Architecture & Interiors of Kennewick designed the project.

DGR Grant was its own contractor. It moved into its new offices in July.
