Jay and Amy Brantingham recently completed construction on the sixth phase of their Brantingham development at 2920 Travel Plaza Way in Pasco.

The 12,000-square-foot heated industrial warehouse sits on a 1.6-acre lot with build-to-suit interior office space. It also has a fully graveled and fenced equipment laydown yard.

The building was designed and built to accommodate many types of businesses.

Currently 7,500 square feet is being leased by Workforce Services.

The additional 4,500 square feet is ready and waiting for a new tenant. It could accommodate multiple business types with customizable office space.

The Brantinghams wanted to provide affordable industrial warehousing that allows for small standalone businesses to have a place to grow their business without being confined to a strip mall location.

Currently, they are working toward constructing additional build-to-suit buildings with lot options ranging from one to five acres.

The building design was by Jay Brantingham.

CRF Metal Works LLC was the general contractor.
