A new single-story, multi-tenant retail building in the heart of West Richland’s commercial district is already mostly leased months before tenant improvements will be completed.
4330 Van Giesen Multi Use Center was designed and built with the intentional goal of blending into the existing landscape of older surrounding buildings while still delivering the sleek edge and architectural appeal of a modern retail center.
The project, which will cost $3.3 million once tenant improvements are completed, is being built by StoneCrest Equity Partners, an investment company in Richland. Work is expected to be completed by the end of September.
“This building aligns our with mission of helping professionals grow wealth through real estate with projects that are thoughtfully developed, well-managed and built to last,” the company says.
The building’s exterior incorporates timeless materials and complementary colors that respect the character of the neighborhood, paired with clean lines, large storefront windows and subtle modern accents that give it a fresh, updated look. The result is a thoughtfully balanced building that feels like it’s always belonged – yet clearly elevates the aesthetic of the area.
StoneCrest Builders Inc. is the general contractor.
Draftco Designs is the architect.
Service-based and mercantile businesses are the target market for the building’s tenants. Rents start at an average $23 per square foot.
