Kadlec has completed construction of its new Kadlec Clinic Candy Mountain Primary Care facility in West Richland.
The 14,765-square-foot, one-story building at 4100 Keene Road is designed to offer primary care services and help meet the growing health care needs of the community.
The clinic includes 31 exam rooms, along with multiple consult rooms, physician and advanced practice provider offices, support spaces and workstations.
Inside, the design pairs warm wood elements with white tile flooring to create a clean, bright and welcoming environment. The interior features a simple, restrained palette focused on durability and efficiency while softening the clinical experience for patients.
The exterior is defined by strong, simple massing using brick and fiber cement panels to create a durable, grounded presence. Clean lines and minimal material transitions reinforce a contemporary look, while thin canopies highlight entry points.

The total project cost was $10.7 million, excluding land, which was already owned.
Construction was completed March 66. The clinic plans to begin seeing patients the second week of June.
Bouten Construction of Richland served as the general contractor.
TGB Architects of Kent provided architectural services.
Kadlec is the only not-for-profit health system in the Tri-Cities and the region’s only Level II trauma center, offering a full continuum of care. The organization has served the community for more than 80 years, providing primary care, specialty services and advanced medical programs.
The project was built as part of Kadlec’s commitment to meet the growing health care needs of the community.
