Summer’s Hub of Kennewick plans to add a second location in Pasco.

The new hub near Gesa Stadium is expected to open in spring 2025, said owner Chris Corbin. It will be similar in size and design to the Kennewick hub, although it will be able to accommodate larger food trucks, he said.

It will have room for about 26 food trucks; it’ll also have a permanent indoor Brady’s Brats and Burgers like the Kennewick hub.

Corbin hasn’t finalized the purchase of the property yet, but it's in the works.

Corbin first shared the expansion news in a video with Tri-Cities food blogger Kris Lapp.

Summer’s Hub of Kennewick is a food and event venue. It hosts several food trucks serving up a variety of fare, plus Brady’s Brats and Burgers, which got its start in Sandy, Oregon. The hub holds multiple events, from live music to trivia and more.

The addition of the Pasco location will mean even more opportunities to attract entertainment acts and hold events. Corbin envisions artists performing in Kennewick one weekend night and Pasco the other; events could include a run between the hubs.

“It’s only going to make it better. It’s going to be awesome,” he told the Tri-Cities Area Journal of Business.

In the video, he said expansion has been “a long time coming.”

The Kennewick hub has experienced “unbelievable success” since it opened, Corbin said in the video. “That goes to show me that this hub needs to happen again. We need to do it again. We need to replicate this and get it out to the people.”
