Kagen Coffee & Crepes opened a new location at 308 W. Kennewick Ave. in downtown Kennewick on Nov. 25. The restaurant serves coffee and sweet and savory crepes. Hours: 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday-Saturday, closed Sunday-Monday.
