Mid-Columbia Meals on Wheels senior dining sites serve hot meals from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday through Friday (Tuesday through Friday in Connell.) Meals are free for seniors ages 60 and older.  

Seniors must make reservations 24 business hours in advance by calling 509-735-1911. 

Thursday, May 2: Turkey and rice casserole, broccoli, tossed salad. 

Friday, May 3: Beef tacos, rice and beans, salsa and sour cream.

Monday, May 6: Swedish meatballs, egg noodles, Normandy vegetables.

Tuesday, May 7: Apple pork chop, mashed sweet potatoes, mixed vegetables.

Wednesday, May 8: Teriyaki chicken, fluffy rice, Asian vegetables, oat bar.

Thursday, May 9: Cheese and beef pasta, green beans, tossed salad, breadstick.

Friday, May 10: Chicken salad sandwich, pea and cheese salad.

Monday, May 13: Barbecue chicken, roasted carrots, potato salad, cornbread.

Tuesday, May 14: Beef stroganoff, garlic noodles, green beans.

Wednesday, May 15: Chef salad, ranch dressing, wheat roll, pineapple.

Thursday, May 16: Roast beef with gravy, mashed potatoes, Italian vegetables, wheat roll, ice cream.

Friday, May 17: Chicken enchiladas, Spanish rice, black beans, Mexican coleslaw.

Monday, May 20: Turkey tetrazzini, vegetable medley, tossed salad.

Tuesday, May 21: Cranberry chicken, confetti rice, peas and onions.

Wednesday, May 22: Sloppy Joes, mixed vegetables, coleslaw.

Thursday, May 23: Roast pork with gravy, mashed potatoes, steamed beets.

Friday, May 24: Chicken and white bean chili, cornbread, cookie.

Tuesday, May 28: Spaghetti and meat sauce, garden vegetables, breadstick.

Wednesday, May 29: Chicken chop salad, salad greens, carrot sticks.

Thursday, May 30: Three bean chili, chuckwagon corn, cornbread.

Friday, May 31: Roast turkey with gravy, mashed potatoes, green beans, wheat roll.
