Corwin Ford planning new west Pasco facility

One of the Tri-Cities’ largest auto sellers has filed a permit to build a new facility on Sandifur Boulevard in west Pasco.

Clover Planning & Zoning LLC submitted the special permit application for Corwin. It covers the three parcels on the southern side of Sandifur Boulevard in front of the Broadmoor Park shopping center and next to Camping World RV Sales.

Corwin’s current dealership is located in the Pasco Autoplex where it offers new and pre-owned vehicles.

Corwin did not return a request for comment.


Blueberry-Bridal

Blueberry Bridal is coming to Vista Field. Amber Keller, owner of Blueberry Bridal, recently purchased Lot 18 at 625 Crosswind Boulevard from Port of Kennewick. Kellery worked with Tri-Cities Engineering & WHL Architecture on the architectural and engineering designs and secured Kaizen Construction and Development of Kennewick as her site contractor.

Port closes on second land sale at Vista Field

A bridal boutique is the next business to set up shop at the Port of Kennewick’s Vista Field development.

Amber Keller, the owner of Blueberry Bridal, bought Lot 18 at 625 Crosswind Blvd., with the sale closing on Jan. 29, according to a Port of Kennewick news release.

Keller is in the final phases of permitting with city of Kennewick plans to start construction within 90 days, with completion by the end of 2025.

The 4,000-square-foot wedding shop will have a gallery for designer dresses, veils, headpieces, jewelry and shoes, as well as suit and tuxedo rentals. Plans include viewing and photography areas, a mezzanine and a grand staircase.

Keller also plans to offer limited private event space. The future shop is designed to offer the best natural lighting through window placements to highlight its collections.

Nearly 40% of the phase one parcels at Vista Field are now sold or pending for residential, retail and commercial space.

Tri-City women’s clinic opens Yakima location

New U Women’s Clinic and Aesthetics is bringing its comprehensive approach to women’s health care and aesthetic treatments to Yakima.

The new Yakima clinic is at 2507 W. Washington Ave., Suite C, and will offer the same medical and aesthetic services offered at its Kennewick clinic, according to a news release. Growing demand from patients across Eastern Washington drove the expansion.

Owned and operated by Rachel Fidino, an advanced practice registered nurse, New U Women’s Clinic and Aesthetics was founded in 2020 and is a one-stop shop for women’s health.
