La Bahia is a new Mexican-style seafood truck at Columbia Gardens Artisan Village in Kennewick. La Bahia’s owner and chef is Francisco Mendoza. The menu features both seafood and non-seafood items, including shrimp tortas, fish or shrimp ceviche with octopus, and a burrito filled with steak and shrimp. Hours: 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday; 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday and Friday.
